Lumanta makes a groundbreaking, intuitive thought-awareness app that helps you notice your thoughts, see your patterns and free up space. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website, in the emails we send and when you contact us.

In this policy, “Lumanta,” “we” and “us” mean Lumanta. “You” means anyone who visits our website, joins our list or gets in touch.

02What we collect

Information you give us

• Your email address, when you join the list to hear about Lumanta’s launch.
• Your name, email and message, when you contact us through our Support page.
• Donation details, when giving opens. Payments will be handled by a payment processor. We’ll receive a confirmation of your gift, such as your name, email and amount, but never your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. This helps keep the site secure and working well.

Cookies

Our website doesn’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy.

• To send the launch updates and news you asked for.
• To reply when you reach out, and to help with any request you make.
• To process donations and send receipts, once giving opens.
• To keep our website secure, fix problems and understand what’s working.

05The Lumanta app

The Lumanta app isn’t available yet. Before it launches, we’ll publish clear details about what the app collects and how that information is used, both on this page and in the app’s App Store and Google Play listings.

06Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send includes a link to stop receiving them.
• See, correct or delete your information. Send us a request through our Support page and choose “Privacy request.”
• Rights where you live. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights over your personal information. We’ll honor them, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

07How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy. If you unsubscribe, we’ll stop emailing you. If you ask us to delete your information, we’ll delete it, unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

08Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we choose service providers who do the same. No website or online service can promise perfect security, but we take protecting your information seriously.

09Children

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please let us know and we’ll delete it.
